HR Executive

Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
โ€ข Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
โ€ข Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
โ€ข Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
โ€ข Lead onboarding programs for new employees.

Employee Relations
โ€ข Address employee concerns and grievances.
โ€ข Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
โ€ข Manage conflict resolution and mediation.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management
โ€ข Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
โ€ข Provide guidance on employee development and training needs.
โ€ข Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
โ€ข Develop performance improvement plans (PIP).

Compensation & Benefits
โ€ข Design and manage compensation structures.
โ€ข Ensure competitive salary benchmarking.
โ€ข Oversee employee benefits programs like health insurance, other benefits, etc.
โ€ข Handle payroll management in coordination with the finance department.
โ€ข Preparation of monthly salary and handling its related compliances.

Training & Development
โ€ข Conduct training needs assessments.
โ€ข Design and deliver professional development programs.
โ€ข Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
โ€ข Manage employee engagement and career progression initiatives.

Compliance & Legal
โ€ข Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, labor law).
โ€ข Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
โ€ข Handle disciplinary actions and terminations according to legal protocols.
โ€ข Oversee workplace safety programs and policy updates.

HR Policies & Strategy
โ€ข Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
โ€ข Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
โ€ข Lead HR initiatives like diversity and inclusion programs.
โ€ข Support organizational change and employee engagement efforts.

HR Analytics & Reporting
โ€ข Track and report HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, hiring timelines).
โ€ข Use data to inform HR decisions and workforce planning.
โ€ข Prepare reports for senior management onย HRย performance.
