HR Executive

Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Lead onboarding programs for new employees.

Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
• Manage conflict resolution and mediation.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance on employee development and training needs.
• Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Develop performance improvement plans (PIP).

Compensation & Benefits
• Design and manage compensation structures.
• Ensure competitive salary benchmarking.
• Oversee employee benefits programs like health insurance, other benefits, etc.
• Handle payroll management in coordination with the finance department.
• Preparation of monthly salary and handling its related compliances.

Training & Development
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Design and deliver professional development programs.
• Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
• Manage employee engagement and career progression initiatives.

Compliance & Legal
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, labor law).
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations according to legal protocols.
• Oversee workplace safety programs and policy updates.

HR Policies & Strategy
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
• Lead HR initiatives like diversity and inclusion programs.
• Support organizational change and employee engagement efforts.

HR Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, hiring timelines).
• Use data to inform HR decisions and workforce planning.
• Prepare reports for senior management on HR performance.
