Project / Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Software Installation & Configuration:
    • Install, configure, and test Data Center product software both remotely and on-site.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide remote and on-site technical support for Data Center software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with the Software and R&D teams for product-related concerns and project coordination.
  4. Training & Demonstration:
    • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to customers on Data Center software and hardware.
  5. Data Center Product Understanding:
    • Gain a deep understanding of the Data Center products and related activities to offer efficient support and solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in MS-SQL, with knowledge of C, C++.
    • Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

Exerience-

1-1.5 years

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ElectronicsElectronics & TelecommunicationComputer Science, or Information Technology.

Work Environment:

  • Office Work: 80%
  • On-Site Work/Travel: 20%
