Sales Coordinator

We are seeking dynamic and result oriented Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team with back end support in driving sales growth and manage sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer records.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities, including preparing reports, proposals, quotations and arranging for product and services related documents needed for sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Distributors and System Integrators for Purchase Orders and order logins.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals by track sales orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the sales team.
  • Coordination for Exhibitions and other on-ground events.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Provide feedback to help refine sales strategies.

Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree required.

– Experience in sales coordination in the Electronic Security Industry compulsory.

– Proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Suite like Word, Excel power point presentation and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.

– Excellent organizational multi-tasking skills.

– Attention to details and problem solving skills.
