Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic and result oriented Sales Managers to drive sales growth and manage operations in the assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Execute sales strategies set by the Organization to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest improvements.

Channel & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in the assigned territory.
  • Support the RSM in identifying potential partners and onboarding new channel partners.
  • Ensure proper execution of sales initiatives and promotions at the regional level.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to the RSM.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies.

Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

– Experience in B2B sales in the Electronic Security Industry compulsory.

– Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Proficiency in CRM software, power point presentation and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
