We are seeking dynamic and result oriented Sales Managers to drive sales growth and manage operations in the assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Execute sales strategies set by the Organization to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest improvements.
Channel & Market Expansion:
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in the assigned territory.
- Support the RSM in identifying potential partners and onboarding new channel partners.
- Ensure proper execution of sales initiatives and promotions at the regional level.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to the RSM.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies.
Customer Engagement
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
– Experience in B2B sales in the Electronic Security Industry compulsory.
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software, power point presentation and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
