- First, log in using the Super Admin credentials:
Username: @superadmin
Password: smarti123 - After logging in, navigate to User Management → Admin Master.
In this menu, select the required username from the list at the bottom of the screen. Once the username is selected, the Reset Password button will become visible. - Click on the Reset Password button.
- After resetting, the respective user’s password will be set to: smarti123
- First, log in using your Admin credentials. Then go to Employee → Employee menu.
- To add a new employee, click on the Add New Employee button.
- Fill in all the mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Save.
- After saving, go to the Assign Function Card tab on the same page.
- Click on the Refresh button.
- At the bottom, click on the Regular hyperlink under Function Card Type, select the required Access Group, and update the profile.
- First, log in using your Admin credentials. Then navigate to Settings → Lock/Unlock Settings.
- Select the Location and the respective Controller.
- After selecting the controller, perform the Lock or Unlock operation as required by the customer.
